I think that everybody would like to have a healthy and stronger body, but in this fast development modern society, first, we have so much bad habits, these are impact our health in large part . On the other hand, environment is another problem, besides, lack of exercise.
Habits. you must change your daily habits, such as sleeping lately, so you can set a alarm clock, remind you go to bed in time.
Smoking. Most people who smoke, because they enjoy the tactile, emotional and physical sensations. E-cigarette provides all those same pleasures ,but without all the problems commonly associated with traditional smoking. Environment. We cant change the social environment, but in our room, we can bought a potted flower put on balcony. It can attract some bad air.
