Cabbage soup, broth, seasoning. Most veggie soups without a starch. Fresh ginger, garlic, onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, etc.. Garnish with sprouts, sweet onions, minced raw garlic, fresh basil, parsley, etc..
To get some protein, add some lentils or other beans. A handful of nuts or seeds may provide enough essential fat to keep your brain and central nervous system healthy (research these).
