One of the most important survival tips I can offer you in any survival situation is to "Believe FIRST"
Usually what happens to a individual when they are place into a situation that they rarely discover on their own in...is that they stress. When time is of the essence, panic is not an option. So how do we get to the point of being able to not panic when placed in a life or loss of life situation or some kind of survival situation?
The answer is to become knowledgeable about initial aid and survival methods.
These go hand in hand truly. In most cases when someone has been positioned in a survival situation (other than simply becoming misplaced) they have gotten to that place because of some event that was usually past their manage. I am talking of a vehicle incident or a slip on a rock face or some thing similar.
In most instances first aid response in necessary as the first option of priorities.
The very best protection is to have a great offense. With that stated...(Here is another survival tip)...What if you experienced been ready beforehand by using a first aid course of some kind. Or study a initial aid handbook and had a least the fundamentals of what it requires to maintain your self or somebody else alive?
If that were true your mind would nearly automatically shift into that mode and you would not have time to stress.
You would nearly instinctively go straight into the first help mode and start the essential checks of your self or your patient. Examining the airway (respiration) and heart defeat (Pulse) to verify for correct perform. Then you would do a check for consciousness and shock, and do this almost immediately without panic.
No 1 said that you would not really feel fear!
So my last survival suggestion in this post is:
Get your self some training or study a great publication on the subject.Understanding survival skills can save your life or empower you to save the lives of other people. So do not delay and do something about it...Right NOW!
