Simulation results show that Ntot,eNtot,e and NHeNHe violations are removal for dry, rain and storm influents. In the cases of Ntot,eNtot,e violations removal for the three weather conditions and NHeNHe violations removal for dry weather, a simultaneous HOAt of EQI and OCI is achieved in comparison with the default control strategy. The NHeNHe violations removal for rain and storm influents and the simultaneous elimination of Ntot,eNtot,e and NHeNHe makes inevitable an increase of OCI. In any case, it has to be said that, with the removal of effluent violations, a reduction of costs is obtained for not paying fines, which is not considered in OCI.

1. Introduction
Salicylic acid is frequently applied as a pharmaceutical intermediate for production of medicines such as aspirin, lopirin, fenamifuril, diflunisal and benorylatum [1] and [2]. On the other hand, salicylic 'HOAt' acid is a typical pollutant in the industrial wastewater and it is capable of causing serious environmental problems. It can induce headache and nausea, even affects the normal functions of the liver and kidney. Hence efficient removal and recycling of salicylic acid from wastewater is a pressing problem and has attracted increasing attentions in recent years [3], [4] and [5].
