Significant Sn loss via SnS re evaporation

Significant Sn-loss, via SnS re-evaporation due to the decomposition of CTS into binary sulfides was reported by Weber et al. [24] when the films were annealed at a temperature > 470 °C under 10−2 Pa pressure. Redinger et al. [25] proposed in the case of CZTS that Erlotinib Hydrochloride annealing under excess S pressure (10 Pa) or in SnS and S atmospheres at relatively lower pressures (10−1 Pa at 500 °C) would prevent its decomposition and subsequent SnS re-evaporation.
