The resistivity increases with the increasing Nd, which is similar to the results observed in (La1−xNdx)0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (0 ? x ? 1) . This also indicates that the Mn3+–O–Cr3+ exchange interaction is similar to the Mn3+–O–Mn4+ double-exchange interaction. The increase in resistivity with the increasing Nd content can be interpreted as a complement system gradual bending of the Mn/Cr–O–Mn/Cr bond angle, which weakens the exchange interaction and causes the narrowing of the bandwidth hence results in a reduced mobility of the eg electrons.
