I started drinking Valerian tea before bed to assist with my anxiety as it has a tendency to get worse sometimes during the night, so I'll have a cup, if I am feeling especially distressed or nervous.
Adults: One sachet one hour before retiring. Not suggested for kids.

This tea has an identical effect as valium, so I always have this tea a day or two in a row before I fly to aid with my flying anxiety.
What Exactly Does It Taste Like?
First thing, I am not going to lie Valerian tea about the smell. I couldn't believe how much it stank of feet, as soon as I smelt a valerian tea bag for the initial time! When you presume it's going to smell nice but in fact it makes you PHWOAR because the flavor is nothing like the scent thank god, it is sometimes a real put off, but hang in there.
If you can not hack the flavor attempt and put a teaspoon of honey into it and then try and wean yourself off the honey valerian tea tastes nice compared to it is stench.
