The entire reason I am sharing this experience with you is really because as I was having a strained dialogue within my mind, the instructor who resolved 5-6 hours per day was coaching. He was actively coaching the entire class through the thoughts that have been creeping into our minds trying to convince us we couldn't... I was inspired by his coaching and his words and wanted to fairly share them with you.
Personally i think they are essential to fairly share with you not only because as leaders and humans, we're coaching ourselves and each other everyday. Typically, we're coaching and we might not really realize the chance we have before us to really make a difference on someone else's path.
