Degree of difficulty:LowIngredients180gm wagyu burger patty Blue cheese Sliced jalapenos Streaky bacon Smokey BBQ sauce Sour dough bread roll Cooked new potatoes Sliced red onion Sliced red & green capsicum Olive oil Side salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion MethodGrill the meat patty to your preferred doneness, after turning your patty, place your blue cheese on it to allow it to melt and top with the jalapenos
Grill the streaky bacon.
Toast your bun on the open grill
Toss the onions & capsicum in oil, add the crushed cooked new potatoes, season and add your favourite herb
