The owners of https://www.chase.com/business-banking/small-business-administration-sba-loans a 37-unit apartment project in the Hillcrest area ofLittle Rock recently picked up a $750,000 financial package.
Valley View Apartments, a general partnership led by Willis Smith and Bek Kaiser, secured the two-month loan from Metropolitan National Bank of http://Mojafarma.com/ Little Rock.
The project has 18 units at http://www.onlinecheck.com/business_loans.html 2500 Kavanaugh Blvd., seven units at 707 Rose St., six units at 707 Walnut St. and three units each at 2516 and 2520 Kavanaugh Blvd.
Valley View Apartments previously was tied to a January 1999 mortgage of $750,000 held by the bank.
The general partnership bought the project in September 1983 for $550,000 ($14,865 per unit).
The sellers were an ownership group made up of Forrest Graves Smith Jr. and his wife, Louise; Alice Smith and Emmet McMurry; the estate of Martha http://www.MOJAFARMA.com Louise Johnson; the estate of Lillian Smith Holt; Earl Smith; Ida Mae Smith Jernigan and Frances Sims.
