Rich People What God Thinks
What does God consider rich people? I understand what a great deal of people say about rich people. Youve probably heard words like, Filthy rich, Stinking rich, Lousy rich people, and so forth.
It appears that there is a fundamental idea that to become wealthy is wrong and yet many people wouldnt head at all if their banking account balance had an extra zero or two or three at the end-of it!
There are plenty of people who think that those who are rich got their wealth dishonestly, or, never had to work with it. Some see the rich as snobs who look down upon the rest of the world. How rare it's to find someone who is actually happy that someone else has tremendous wealth! Most believe that it is wrong be rich and that rich people don't deserve to be rich. Its just not good in order for them to have all that money! There are several religious individuals who actually think that being rich isn't right in the view of God.
But what does the Bible say? It doesn't say that money is the root of all evil; it states that the love of money is the root of all evil. You can have a million dollars and love it, and you can have a and not love a cent of it. For different ways to look at this, we recommend you take a gander at: go there.
There are a variety of great people described in the Bible who have been rich, very rich. Job was the greatest man in the East. He dropped every thing and God restored double-back to him! God did that for Job gave him double!
Abraham in the Bible is called the friend of God and the father of them that believe and he was very rich in cattle, silver and gold. How about David? Solomon? The list goes on and on.
It absolutely was Joseph of Arimathea, a rich man, who took care of the funeral, when Jesus died. He had the means to accomplish what he did.
Now I understand that there are several who'd argue that those stated earlier were special individuals with special factors as to why they'd riches and that they were only the exception. But if that is true exactly why is there promise after promise of prosperity within the Bible? And please won't fall for that fatalistic notion that some are only supposed to succeed and the others aren't. Clicking close window probably provides warnings you should use with your co-worker. Again, if that were true why are there a great number of promises of wealth throughout the Bible? There's nothing in the Scriptures to even remotely suggest that God might have some to be rich, some to be weak, and the rest to be in the center.
Not a long time before, The Prayer of Jabez was extremely popular. All of the items which were associated with it were ostensibly from I Chronicles 4:10. In case you claim to get new information on compare orrin woodward life, there are many resources people might think about pursuing. If you read that passage youll find that Jabez only asked God to bless him, to expand his coastline, to be with him, and, keep him from evil. And God granted him what h-e required! God didnt say what a lot of people would have mentioned, Oh Jabez, you are getting greedy, just be happy with what you've! No. God gave him what h-e requested!
Now I know that there are certainly a lot of Scriptures related to this subject to consider, and that several might at first glance appear to maintain opposition to wealth and prosperity. But these few can not be increased above-the numerous clear verses that show Gods desire to have His people to be successful and thrive. There is a line that simply states that God wishes above all things that we succeed and be in health!
Success and success can be had honestly or dishonesty ethically or unethically. But too many are so quick to decide when they see someone with success and prosperity. It is really sad because there are a lot of wonderful effective Christians who are being unfairly judged and condemned because of the benefits they've received from God. They work hard, use principles, assume Gods benefits, and receive abundantly. Success can be a blessing from God open to all.
What exactly does God think of rich people? Is God displeased with all the wealthy? Does H-e want everybody to be poor? God desires above all things for all His children, to health and to prosper..
