The restaurant has a private entrance, leading guests either to an outdoor, beachfront terrace under gently rustling palms or the elegant, refreshing interior. Designed along classic lines the restaurant is stylish without being pretentious. Appealing to the high-end clientele that is attracted to the Trisara, guests have the option of arriving by their own boat, using Trisara's jetty.

Our Chef hand picks the freshest seafood from Phuket's markets, along with the very best flown in from the Mediterranean."
Executive Chef Kla perfected his cooking techniques in Spain, where he was employed by 3 Michelin Star rated restaurants El Cellar de Can Roca and Martin Berasatagui. He incorporates sustainable, fresh seafood and produce from Thailand and the Mediterranean on the menu. A feature dish will be a Seafood Platter for one or two, presented in a French Brasserie style on crushed ice.
Travelers from California have a sophisticated wine palate, and Trisara's Wine Spectator-award winning cellar will certainly enhance the dining experience. Trisara was recently recognized with the 2012 Award of Excellence in Wine Spectators Restaurant Wine List Awards, cementing its position as a premier culinary destination in Asia.
