Big Truck Construction Day
On Sunday, September 13 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.; the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore is offering Big Truck Construction Day, a program suitable children of all ages. This event is free with paid admission which is free to zoo members.
Get a close look at big construction trucks and learn about them from their operators. The first 800 children get a free construction hat.
What You Need to Know
The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore is located in Druid Hill Park near the downtown area (click here for directions). It is open Monday through Sunday from 10a.m-4p.m. (March through December). The Zoo is also opened January and February, although hours may vary. Parking is free.
Weekly admission (Monday through Sunday) is $18.00 for adults (12-64), $15.00 for seniors (64+), and $13.00 children (2-11). Children 2 and under are admitted free.
