(CNN) The grand jury is still hearing testimony on the case of Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager killed by a white police officer, Darren Wilson, in Ferguson, Missouri, on August 9.
And while several experts say it will be an uphill battle to convict Officer Wilson, criminal defense attorney Christopher Darden predicts pro se complaint indictment.

"And I think if the state grand jury fails to indict Officer Wilson, I don't think people should get too upset about it. The federal government is also conducting an investigation, and quite frankly, I'd rather see a federal prosecution than claims court state prosecution," he said.
