Privileged Lemon Chicken

It is a delicious chicken dinner for you really to make at home. The sauce is fresh and tangy and somehow I always wind up eating too much :-).

It requires a little to-prepare and is not the kind of thing you'd desire to prepare each evening of the week.

I usually allow it to be once-in a while as an unique dinner for my husband. And it often turns out great.

Lucky Lemon Chicken

4 entire boneless chicken breasts, skin down

Glass cornstarch (corn flour)

3 tbls water

4 egg yolks gently crushed

salt, pepper to taste

shallots sliced

Lemon Sauce

cup orange juice

2 tsp powdered chicken stock

2 tbls cornstarch (corn flour)

2 tbls honey

2 tbls brown sugar

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 cups water

For the sauce, incorporate all the components in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until it boils and then thickens.

Cut the chicken breast fillets into 3-4 items. Lay flat and lb slightly with a mallet or other heavy object.

Position cornstarch in a bowl and gradually add the water, and then add the slightly beaten egg yolks. Next include salt and pepper to your taste.

Dip the chicken pieces in-to this mixture and make certain you drain well.

Place a few bits of the chicken at the same time, into deep hot fat and cook until lightly browned.

Drain on absorbent paper.
