But choose wisely. Somepowders are made withchemicals and fillers thatare difficult for your body todigest. Watch out for artificialsweeteners and go fora product that says wheyprotein isolate or rBGH free.

4. Don't space out...

Staying focused on yourgoal helps you get throughworkouts and keeps youfrom cheating on your diet.Put a picture of what you wantyour body to look like in yourkitchen. Its a constant reminderwhere you need it most.

5. Drink plenty of water...

I know we hear this all the timebut its so critical. When yourbody is dehydrated, it throwseverything into disarray andcauses monstrous sugar andcarb cravings. I recommend atleast 4-5 litres per day. Everytime you have a co ee, add 75clmore onto that.
