Lottery forgery plot foiled
Female fraudsters arrested in Sioux Falls
Two women have been arrested in Sioux Falls in South Dakota, USA in connection with forged lottery tickets. The women, Jamie Sue VanRegenmorter, 27, and Lizzie Ann Richert, 60 were reportedly scanning in real tickets, changing the amount and dates on a computer and then printing the forged tickets. Police also found meth, drug paraphernalia and marijuana at the property. Both women were charged with possession of a controlled substance while VanRegenmorter, thought to be the mastermind behind the scheme, also charged with possession of a forged instrument.
