From Bland to Bling… Honda goes with chrome and candy paint in 1967

Other than wine, whiskey and cheese, few things age well after they are first produced. A confluence of events finally coaxed Honda to add some bling to their model line-up, at the trailing edge of the 1967 production. The major benefactors of these changes were the CB77 Super Hawks and CL77 Scramblers, but the added shiny bits only landed on the last few machines produced. CB77-1056084 was the first of the chrome fender Super Hawks, while CL77-1056274 was the initial Scrambler machine with the Motos en venta en Estados Unidos sparkly bits added.
