Even if you have a lot of other priorities for instance, sports, extracurricular activities, etc., still you need to complete a senior project to graduate successfully
Do I play enough sport per week to be a healthy 14 year old?
The only sport i play is badminton but I do do quite a lot of it (i think). Overall I play 4 and a half hours of badminton (possibly 5 if i am lucky) and on top of that I do 1 hour and 40 minutes at school of various sports but at the moment i am doing swimming. However, the only reason i ask this is because i think i am fat. according to my BMI, i am healthy with 21.6. But, I do regard myself as fat but i am only 5ft4". My parents say that it is just puppy fat and that when i grow, it will all disappear? is this true or should i be doing more sport per week.
