This table reports the PGR and PLR partitioned on stock price and on absolute value of the return to date (R) for all accounts during the entire sample period (1st October 2010–31st August 2012). PGR is Proportion of Gains Realised, calculated as the number of realised gains divided by the number of realised gains plus the number of paper (unrealised) gains.
