Employee Wellness In the Workplace?

WELCOA (Wellness Council of America) has a TON of FREE resources. Going small, you can put together an e-newsletter and cover a range of topics (nutrition, weight & stress management, fitness, etc) Again, WELCOA covers all of these topics.

You can host a health fair with various wellness vendors. I run an onsite chair massage business and companies hire us for health fairs, as a reward for reaching a wellness challenge or as a part of a larger wellness program.

Biometric screenings (blood pressure, weight, blood glucose levels etc) from a wellness company is also a great idea. Knowing your health "numbers" is a critical factor when gauging the success of your wellness efforts.

These companies can also help you craft a more comprehensive wellness program....that's when you're thinking 'big' and 'long-term'
