One of our visitors submitted a demand... "How do I get up early in the morning without hitting the button?"
I chuckled because I can simply relate solely to this issue when scanning this request. I know I also am a 'sleep option' junkie! I thought by getting my alarm clock across the space, I had produced a solution to the issue. Our reason was that once I was up, I'dnot need to go back to sleep...WRONG! I hit the snooze button, jump up and gleefully jump right back into my wonderful cozy bed. And, I'll get it done more than once! I know it's really a ridiculous practice. Oh, and the way, my clock set 15 minutes in front of the true time in addition!

I decided that when the audience and that I are both experiencing this issue, then you will find other 'sleep button' fans in our community.
Most of us realize that this can be a pattern and behaviors can be changed - IF we decide to take action. It takes 21 days to change a behavior. So just do we have a practice from interfering, annoying, or awkward into actually developing a new habit for ourselves? Don't you feel much better once you do it and make the decision to change?
