World Of Warcraft

I played World of Warcraft for pretty much two years. I was a Lieutenant Commander of the Alliance. During, this period of my entire life I ran a small guild, but was a notable PVPer in my server Boulderfist. During those years we had the Honor System, not the token system that exists today.

I played a little of the current token system, but never felt in the home with it. These were the best of the best, the best portail design players about the server. I could relate in their mind and admire them. This was the reason why that I quit WoW, as it took away the only presitge offered in the game and opened up to everyone.

It took away the prestige of the game, it rewarded the ordinary and penalized the super elite class of pvpers that had developed during the honor days. These ranks installed a sense of loyalty and admiration for that player. The token system simply allowed everyone to obtain what they wanted if they worked hard enough.
