World Of Warcraft

I played World of Warcraft for nearly two years. Now I am sure I lost every one of the Horde portail design players and Paladin haters right there. And, I would be a retribution Paladin. Now I am sure I lost all the Horde players and Paladin haters right there. During those years we had the Honor System, not the token system that exists today.

It took away the prestige of the game, it rewarded the ordinary and penalized the super elite class of pvpers which in fact had developed throughout the honor days. No longer could you compete to be a top rank, you might simply play as hard so that as long while you could and get the rare armor, like everyone else. Sure, the cons for the honor system were that few people could get the rare armor, not everyone could play 15 hours per day to have enough kills and honor points to level up after the week. By taking away the ranks and making the honor avaliable to everyone, it suddenly made the best part of the game, the honor system, simply a formality to grinding pvp gear.

The honor system allowed players to compete for that top ranking of Grand Marshal or High Warlord. The old honor system, of classic WoW were gone. This was the main reason that I quit WoW, as it took away the only real presitge offered in the game and opened it to everyone.

I could relate for them and admire them. This system allowed players to work as hard because they could to obtain whatever they desired. But, those who did at all like me portail design were rewarded hamsomly.
