3.3. Fitting response data to model statistics

In this Retinyl glucoside study, a three-factor, three-level Box–Behnken statistical experimental design was used to optimize the formulation variables and the RSM requires 17 experiments. The experimental data, including independent variables and responses for all 17 experimental runs, are summarized in Table 3.
