As soon as I was with Masaaski Imai at Poland, he is our Chairman and also dad of the Kaizen principle (simply 81 yrs youthful, based in Japan). He asked ONE HUNDRED strange Chief Executive Officer's existing-- why Kaizen? Why improve everyday?

Well, CEO's stated-- to grow top line, bottom line, cut expense, customer joy etc, the standard Harvard answers!
He claimed NO-- he went on to say, 'improve, do Kaizen, get Lean ... so you and rest of your group could go house on time!! That was a whack on our heads!
The majority of times Muda (waste) burglarizes our energy and time. As we determine Muda, we could reduce it. Time and resources improve utilized.
