To our best knowledge there is no literature on an electrochemical study of interaction between ARP and DNA. In this paper, the interaction between ARP and deoxyribonucleic AZD 5438 sodium salt from calf thymus (ct-dsDNA) is studied using a multilayer ct-dsDNA modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and in solution phase by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The results are confirmed by UV–vis spectrophotometric study. The interaction between aripiprazole and damaged ct-dsDNA was also investigated using DPV.
