Cosplay took center stage at Wizard World Las Vegas day two - National Comic-Con

Wizard World Comic Con Las Vegas was all about cosplay on day two of the three day convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Cosplay attendees dressed as their favorite characters from a multitude of pop-culture genres varied in age, with even the smallest attendees getting in on the fun!

For many, the highlight of Saturday was the chance to participate in the cons main event, a Concert and Costume Contest featuring prizes from Sideshow Collectibles. The live concert portion of the evening featured music performed by "World of Warcraft" composer Jason Hayes and the band Critical Hit.

At 10:30 p.m., an after-party featuring "Breaking Bads" RJ Mitte was scheduled for the Chateau Nightclub at the Paris Hotel and Casino.

The slide show features just a handful of the hundreds of fun and fantastic costumes worn at Wizard World Comic Con Las Vegas on day two. On Sunday, the final day of the inaugural con for Wizard World in Las Vegas, there will be additional chances to learn about the art of cosplay:

And at 3:00 p.m, young attendees can participate in the Wizard World Kids Costume Contest, where therell be fun, laughs and prizes!
