1 packet dry vegetable dip mix 16 ounce sour cream 1 packet thawed spinach (washed and drained) cup green onion (chopped) Directions
Take a large mixing bowl and combine the dip mix and sour cream together. To this mixture, add spinach and green onion. Stir the mixture and chill it for about one hour in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers and toasted bread.

Grill the bread slices on both sides, making sure they do not turn brown. An easy way is to place the bread slices under the broiler for about 2 minutes (by keeping an inch away). In a mixing bowl, mix the dressing with the grated cheese. Lightly rub garlic onto the bread (preferably both sides) and spread the dressing mixture on one side of the bread. Grill these breads till they turn light brown and crispy. While serving, top the dressing with the diced tomatoes and garnish with the basil leaves.
