PORTLAND, Ore. -- Daniel C. Hanna, the prolific entrepreneur who founded Rub-a-Dub Car Wash and the subsequent Hanna Car Wash franchise as well as Hanna Enterprises, a worldwide provider of car wash equipment, died in Portland on October 19, 2005, from complications of cancer. He was 70.
