How El Nino is big business for roofing companies
With a mega El Nio predicted to hit Southern California this winter, roofing companies are scrambling to keep up with their work orders.
And theres no doubt that wet weather will be headed our way. Bill Patzert, a climatologist with NASAs Jet Propulsion Laboratory in La Caada Flintridge, has dubbed it the Godzilla El Nio.
This El Nio will be a stud, not a dud, he said. The roof and gutter people are in heaven right now.
