New Oxygen Facial now offered by the Spa at St. Julien
Nicknamed "the runway facial" by staff members of the Spa at St. Julien, the Luzern Oxygen Facial may be the most exciting treatment on the new spa menu, which came out earlier this summer. According to lead esthetician Eva Spector this 75 minute facial is the best value on the skin care menu because it is the most effective treatment offered.
Who should get the Oxygen Facial?
Anyone who wants their skin to look it's very best would benefit from the Oxygen Facial. According to Spector, this facial not only produces immediate results for all skin types because it is customized to each client's unique needs, but actually produces even more noticeable changes over time, because it supports healthy skin even below the surface. In other words, if you have a special event coming up, such as a wedding or other important gathering, schedule an Oxygen Facial a few days prior to the event. You will leave the spa with a beautiful complexion on the day of your treatment, and within the next few days, your skin condition is likely to continue to improving.
What is different about the Oxygen Facial?
The Spa at St. Julien's esthetic staff are trained to use a specialized machine called the Pure Blue 02 oxygen concentrator. This machine uses both oxygen and pure water to gently force skin care products into the sub-dermal layers, or just below the surface of the skin. The treatment is very relaxing, and feels like a cool mist softly blowing on the surface of the face.
A simple yeast, similar to the ingredient used for baking bread, is the active ingredient in the line of organic skin care products used for this facial. According to the skin care company Luzern, "This active yeast extract acts as a soothing anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant. It has line minimizing, cell renewing and proliferating properties while soothing and moisturizing the skin and increasing cell respiration."
