Buying expired domains for PR, does it still work?

Ive done some tests over the past couple of months about expiring domains with PR to see if it's worth your while to get these expired and removed domains.

My idea why I would want to use expired domains is the notion that old domains are desired than new domains, and to obtain instant PR.

So I attempt to find deleted domains with PR that I could enroll. One feature of domains I was looking for was that the area still had a, and it was still listed in google. To get other interpretations, consider glancing at: sites like linklicious.

I will not be mentioning the actual domains here as I want to handle the results and prevent individuals from building backlinks to these domains.

I registered about 4 domains, some have PR2 and PR3. Some have a few pages listed, some have a few thousand. I also bought a few new areas for my new tasks.

I learned that google seldom trips these domains so I need to prime it but with some new backlinks. For one more interpretation, consider having a gander at: linklicious wordpress plugin. After producing some backlinks to these domains, two their PR was eventually lost by domains. These two areas have only a few pages indexed in google. In one single area, used to do a 301 permanent redirect to the newest index page. Its PR was retained by this domain. One crucial huge difference this domain has set alongside the other two is that this domain has thousands of pages found in google.

In another domain, used to do a 301 and direct it to a brand new domain. The result is that the new domain got indexed more and quicker pages were indexed when compared with another new domain I registered at the same time frame. Nevertheless, PR was right down to 0.

There is also an incident where I did so a 301 redirect from an old deleted website with PR and never got any benefit from it. To learn more, please consider checking out: linklicious discount.

In summary, there is still contradictory effects on whether buying deleted/expired domains. Some works, some dont. Nevertheless, what seem to work is that

a. Old delete domains does include traffic from existing backlinks. It still does generate some traffic, if the old domain has a great deal of backlinks. For alternative ways to look at it, people may check out: my vs.

b. Other search engines such as google and bing do not appear to have an biases against expired/deleted domains..
