AFTER EATING MY TWO archery tags, I was hungry--hungry for the kind

of buck I knew roamed my hunting area in northern Missouri. The day I

reluctantly packed up to head home, I was already planning for next

year, and on the long drive home to Georgia, I could not help but

reflect on the hunt.
