Lost 50 pounds of excessive fat and I am in the best form of my life (much better than when I played out college football) not restrictive or hard. eat real food, skip grains and sugars. Limit Dairy products. my exercise is: walk all the time, lift heavy things (weights, body weight, etc ) 1 or 2x's weekly. and sprint occasionaly.
