SportsNuts Making Waves in Watersports Community; SPCI Aiming to Increase Revenues with Wakeboarding Events

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2005--SportsNuts, Inc., (OTCBB:SPCI) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, The Intermountain Wakeboard Association (IWA), has entered an agreement with East Canyon State Park to host four of their wakeboard competition events during the summer 2005 season.

In a first for regional lakes, the IWA has come to an agreement with East Canyon State park to allow competition areas to be closed to the general boating public, allowing for better water conditions, and safer conditions, throughout the competition.

According to IWA President, Clayton Barlow, "East Canyon is one of the best venues to hold these type of events due to weather conditions, water conditions, locale and ease of viewing for the spectators.......and the addition of being able to run in closed areas is just amazing and a testament to how committed East Canyon State Park's Management is to the water sports community."
