There is no point in setting up a start-up if you intend to do it half-heartedly. To create a new company an entrepreneur must be prepared to give it everything and to persevere, even when the thought of throwing in the towel seems to be the best option. Tej Kohli believes the most difficult aspect of setting up a company is that you have to take on every role in an organisation; CEO, accountant, sales, marketing etc. There is a great deal of learning that goes into setting up a company, hence why so many of them fail in their early stages.
