World Of Warcraft
I played World of Warcraft for nearly two years. But, yes I was a great Paladin and PVPer in my server. Now I am sure I lost all portail design the Horde players and Paladin haters right there. During those years we had the Honor System, not the token system that exists today.
I played a little of the current token system, but never felt at home with it. This system allowed players to work as hard as they could to obtain whatever they desired. I could relate in their mind and admire them. This was the main reason that I quit WoW, since it took away the only presitge offered within the game and opened it up to everyone.
I believe that the honor system to be superior for the token system in everyway. World PVP was discouraged. This was the reason why that I portail design quit WoW, because it took away the sole presitge offered in the game and opened it up to everyone.

Sure, the cons for the honor system were that not everyone could obtain the rare armor, not everyone could play 15 hours each day to have enough kills and honor points to level up at the finish of the week. The token system took away the honor and admiration for that best pvpers. World PVP was discouraged. The token system simply allowed everyone to obtain whatever they wanted if they worked hard enough.
It took away the prestige of the game, it rewarded the ordinary and penalized the super elite class of pvpers which in fact had developed throughout the honor days. . This was the reason why that I quit WoW, since it took away the only presitge offered within the game and opened it up to everyone.
